Exceptional service, products, and company overall. These guy's knowledge is worth coming in for a visit. They have been around for at least 20 years and have always been reliable, supportive and helpful. There is something to say about a stand alone business that has been operating for so long. I deeply appreciate our local stores and mom and pop companies throughout Marin County. They are the ones who add the most value of any other business entity and bring community and strength to our local villages.

While the keys were shallow, and not de-burred, they did their job and opened the doors. The interface on the KeyMe could be a little clearer as to when to remove the key, etc. I presumed when the lighted ring round the key receptacle turned off, that it was time to remove the key. When it turned back on, I worried I had botched it by pulling the key, but again at the end of the day it worked. It was pretty quick and easy.

It was pricey, but super convenient. I couldn't make it to a real store within store hours, so this was a great solution for me. It was pretty quick, no longer than a key store. They have a great selection of designs if you can wait 3-4 days for shipping, They DO have standard blanks (and a few designs) in the machine if you need one right away.
